Tukeys

Hi,

While they are not as easy (or efficient) to grow out as chickens, I like the idea of doing a few turkeys - just for the opportunity to eat a different kind of meat.

I know that our US friends are inclined toward eating whole turkeys but growing them out in small batches and packaging them up in pieces (legs, wings thighs, breasts) is how I'd prefer to use them.

That is exactly what we do. That Gobbler in the picture has become 3 meals for our family of six.
