Tomatoes lacking

5 posts in this topic

Hi

I am having a problem with my tomatoes that are in aquaponics and using Trout.

The tomatoes appear to me to be lacking iron with the yellowing of leaves, if I was still in hydroponics I would add some iron and fix the problem.

What can I do in aquaponics to get over this problem ?

Cheers

Hi again

Won't hurt the fish (might even have a positive efect on stress when the water gets darker)

I would use this dosage/method Quote : The other (and better) school of thought is to apply iron at the standard UVI system rate of 2mg/L every three weeks.

cute/paste from here : https://blog.brightagrotech.com/iron-in-aquaponics/

cheers
